Who Can Access
The admin portal is restricted to platform owners. It provides oversight across organizations, billing, analytics, and support.
Capabilities
Owners can manage customer accounts, adjust billing and service status, review platform-wide analytics, manage the knowledge base, handle support tickets, publish announcements, manage demo agents, monitor automations, and update the status page.
Responsible Use
Admin actions can affect live customers. Changes are recorded in an audit log for accountability, and owners can securely impersonate an account for troubleshooting.
Security
Access is limited to authorized owner accounts and protected by authentication.
