Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the QuitMissedCalls Services. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to engage in illegal activity, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
Telephony and Messaging Compliance
You must comply with all applicable telemarketing, call-recording, and messaging laws, including obtaining any required consent before recording calls or sending messages. You may not use the Services for spam, robocalling schemes, or deceptive caller identification.
AI Receptionist Use
You may not configure the AI receptionist to impersonate a government entity, provide unlicensed professional advice, or deceive callers about the automated nature of the service where disclosure is required.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. We may remove content or configurations that violate this policy.
