Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Services are offered on a subscription basis. Setup fees and recurring charges are described at the time of purchase. Charges recur until you cancel. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating laws, infringing rights, transmitting malicious code, or using the AI receptionist for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Customer Content and Call Data

You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a license to process call data and configuration in order to provide the Services. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record or process calls in your jurisdiction.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuitMissedCalls will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which QuitMissedCalls operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
