How Billing Works
Your subscription is billed automatically for each period through our secure checkout. A one-time setup fee is charged when you first launch your AI receptionist, and your recurring plan renews on the same date each period until you cancel.
Starting a Subscription
From the Billing page in your dashboard you can start your subscription with a few clicks. Checkout is handled by a trusted, PCI-compliant payment provider, so your card details are never stored on our servers. You can choose whether the one-time setup fee is included at checkout.
Invoices and Status
Your Billing page shows your current plan, subscription status, and next renewal date. Receipts for each charge are available through your payment provider.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we retry automatically and notify you. Update your payment method promptly to avoid interruption of your AI receptionist.
Canceling
You can cancel from the Billing page. Your AI receptionist keeps working through the end of the period you've already paid for.
