Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your AI receptionist is deactivated and call routing stops.

No Prorated Refunds

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Data After Cancellation

After cancellation we retain your data for a limited period in case you reactivate. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reactivation

You can reactivate a canceled account by resubscribing. Additional setup may be required if your phone number or configuration was released.
