What Automations Do
Automations turn call and onboarding events into actions the moment they happen — such as notifying your team, delivering captured lead details, or kicking off a workflow in your own tools.
Event Triggers
Events include completed calls, captured appointment requests, transfers, and setup changes. Each is forwarded to your automation workflows automatically as it occurs.
Delivery & Visibility
The Automations page shows every forwarded event with its delivery status — total events, delivered, and failed — along with timestamps and response details.
Reliability
Deliveries retry automatically on failure, and you can manually retry any failed delivery from the dashboard so nothing falls through the cracks.
