How Booking Works
When enabled, the AI checks your availability during the call, offers open times, and books the appointment — collecting the caller's details and preferred service in the process. Bookings appear on your calendar in the dashboard immediately.
Configuring Availability
Define the services you offer and your open hours in Booking setup so the AI only offers times that work for you. Each service can have its own duration and color.
Confirmations & Reminders
Captured appointments appear in your Bookings calendar and can trigger notifications so your team stays in the loop. Reminders help reduce no-shows.
